AI Trainers is recruiting people to judge, correct and write the answers AI models learn from. Two roles are open right now. Apply online, pass one assessment, and start paid remote work on your own hours — no CV, no interview.
Every role is remote, paid weekly and hired the same way: one assessment, no interview. Apply for the one that matches your background — passing any single assessment gets you hired, and the others stay open afterwards for more work.
Judge and rewrite model answers on everyday topics: writing, research and following instructions to the letter. This is the role most trainers are hired into — apply here if you are not sure which fits.
Review and correct model-written code, then solve a problem in the language of your choice. Software engineering and data science work.
No scripts, no call centre, no quotas to hit. Every task is a piece of writing or judgement a model cannot make on its own yet.
Two models answer the same question. You decide which one a real person would rather receive, and say what makes it better.
When both answers miss, you write the one that does not. Clear, correct, and in the tone the instructions ask for.
Follow a claim back to its source, then flag what the model invented, exaggerated or quietly left out.
Sort and tag data so the next round of training starts from categories that make sense.
“My flight was cancelled and the airline gave me a voucher. Can I ask for my money back instead?”
Pick the answer you would keep. That decision, plus a line on why, is the shape of most of the work — and the shape of the assessment you are hired on.
Five steps, in this order. There is no interview, no CV to upload and nothing to pay. Most applicants get through all of it in an afternoon.
Start step oneName, email and a password. That is the whole application form.
Your background and how much you want to work. Asked once, and no assessment asks again.
General or Programming — whichever you applied for. Real tasks with real instructions, saved as you type.
A reviewer reads every answer you wrote and we email you the decision either way.
Hired trainers pick up paid work straight away. The two assessments you skipped stay open for whenever you want more.
You are paid for the hours you work on tasks, every week, with nothing to invoice and nothing to chase. Work five hours or forty — the rate does not change with the size of your week.
Rates depend on the role you are hired into and the difficulty of the task. Your exact rate is confirmed before you accept work.
The work suits careful readers and clear writers. If you enjoy catching the detail everyone else skimmed past, you will do well here.
Still stuck? Write to admin@aitrainers.online and a person will reply.
Not for the General role. If you read carefully and write clearly, the assessment will show it, and anything specific to a project is explained in the instructions when you get there. The Programming role does expect working coding experience.
General work pays $30–45 an hour, and Programming $55–120, depending on the project and the difficulty of the task. What you take home depends on the hours you choose to work.
Weekly, to your PayPal account. There is no invoice to raise and no minimum balance to reach first.
Contract work. You pick your own hours, there is no minimum commitment, and you are responsible for your own taxes wherever you live.
A short profile form, then one assessment — between an hour and two, depending on the role. Your answers save as you type, so you can stop partway and pick up where you left off, on any device.
Yes, but you only need one to be hired. The other two assessments stay available on your dashboard for whenever you want them, including after you have been hired — each one you pass opens up more projects.
A reviewer reads your answers and we email you the decision either way. Trainers we hire get access to work immediately.
No. Hiring is rolling: applications are reviewed as they arrive, so the sooner yours is in, the sooner you can start.
